Nurture and expand your child's mind and growing bodies to stimulate physical strength, emotional balance, self-expression, confidence and self-esteem with imaginative class themes taught by experienced, qualified yoga teachers who are passionate about sharing their love of yoga with little yogis.
Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, deep-relaxation, mindfulness, meditation techniques and self-reflection in a fun, nurturing atmosphere using engaging age appropriate themes.
Daily life skills are built helping them:
- to relax
- ground themselves
- cope with everyday challenges.
Bloom offers small group classes to encourage and foster interaction amongst the children. Places in class are limited, and only offered as part of the Term Series.
This class is suited for children between the ages of 4 - 7 years of age, children are encouraged to participate in the class on their own to establish independence and help foster a group connection with other children in the class through yoga. We understand that your child might need you to stay for the first class, however the expectation is that parents wait outside or enjoy a coffee next door while children participate independently. Should you feel that your child may not cope on their own, we would encourage you to consider attending one of our FAMILY classes and waiting until your child is ready to be left on their own for the duration of their yoga class.
