Honouring the wisdom of the feminine, this slower paced 8 week series of specialty classes strikes a balance between our yin (cooling) and yang (warming) energy.  Depending on the season, the moon and the time of month, some classes will involve more movement, whereas others will be more restful and soothing.  All classes include guided breath work + relaxation/meditation.  

Suitable for absolute beginners to advanced yogis alike; this class has been created as a way to wellness for women from all walks of life, carving out dedicated time each week for self care + nourishment.

Postures will strengthen major muscle groups, aid flexibility and provide therapeutic benefits for digestion, reproduction, stress-relief and insomnia, as well as SO many more benefits that come from a regular ongoing yoga practice. 

This is an opportunity to let go of the many roles we assume to move, breathe and connect in a safe, supported and welcoming space in the company of other women guided by a Senior Yoga Teacher with a special interest in yoga for women.  

Term 1 is a 8 Week Series $150 + GST = $165
Begins 4 February runs until 24 March
