A series of pregnancy yoga classes incorporate relaxation, breath awareness, optimal foetal positioning, and active birth positions for ALL trimesters of pregnancy.    

Physically a prenatal yoga practice can help to build and maintain strength while gentle stretching can alleviate aches and pains common during pregnancy. Guided breathing and relaxation provides mental clarity as our body adapts and changes, while also preparing for the work of labour and birth.

Whether you're an absolute beginner to yoga, or have an existing practice, you'll benefit from this slower paced, internally focused pre-natal practice supported by specially trained pre-natal yoga teachers.

By joining a pre-natal class at Bloom, you'll not only develop a connection and awareness with your own body, learn positions for an Active Birth, bond with your baby and connect with a community of other women in a safe, nurturing and feminine environment.
