Bloom Yoga Kingsley
Registered with Yoga Australia, this comprehensive 30 hour Bloom Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training Module explores theory and practical concepts to safely and confidently teach pre-natal specific yoga to women at all stages of pregnancy.

Bloom Yoga is truly a labour of love; established by Sara Evans, who is not only our course facilitator but arguably one of Perth's most well known, respected and experienced pre and post-natal yoga teachers. Over the last 9 years, Sara has taught more than 3000 hours of pregnancy yoga within her local community, her classes continue to be recommended by practicing midwives, doulas, chiropractors and physiotherapists. In addition to her Pre-Natal Yoga qualifications, she has studied Childbirth Education, is currently training to be a Doula (Birth Assistant) as well as studying Yoga for Women. Since 2013, she has personally mentored, taught and trained all pre+post-natal yoga teachers at Bloom.

This specialty training not only offers yoga teachers the opportunity to diversity their skills, but more importantly this is an opportunity to support and share this transformational journey with other women and their families. The benefits of teaching pre-natal yoga are as bountiful as the benefits that come from it's practice.
