Release, awaken and energise your chakras

The 7 chakras are the main energy centres in our body around which energy flows. Yoga can bring attention to the chakras and helps to balance and reawaken these energy centres both physically and symbolically. This Women's Wellness series addresses each of the seven main chakras in turn. You will learn more about each chakra and the qualities associated with it and practise yoga to support and stimulate each one.

What to expect?
Over 8 weeks, we'll explore each of the seven chakras, each class focuses on one chakra individually, culminating with a full body experience in our final week together. Classes are a gentle flow style suitable for all levels. Facilitated by Senior Yoga Teacher, Sara Evans who brings her usual unique style of teaching, with loving flows and insights into the chakras.

We created our Women's Wellness Series as a way for women to take the time for YOU, the nurturer, dropping in to a delicious 75 minutes including guided breathing, meditation and relaxation.

This is an opportunity to let go of the many roles we assume to move, breathe and connect in a safe, supported and welcoming space in the company of other women.  Beginners Welcome.
