A series of pregnancy yoga classes incorporate relaxation, breath awareness, optimal foetal positioning, and active birth positions for ALL trimesters of pregnancy.    
 
A regular practice of yoga for the duration of your pregnancy will help to build and maintain strength along with gentle stretching aimed to alleviate aches and pains common during pregnancy.
 
Whether you're an absolute beginner to yoga, or have an existing practice, you'll benefit from this slower paced, internally focused pre-natal practice supported by specially trained pre-natal teachers, all of whom have practiced yoga during their own pregnancies.
 
By joining a pre-natal class at Bloom, you'll not only develop a connection and awareness with your own body, you'll bond with your baby and connect with a community of other women in a safe, nurturing and feminine environment.
