Have you always wanted to meditate and thought it was just too hard?  
Meditation is an integral part of yoga; providing a space for contemplation and stillness away from the busyness of our daily lives.  Breath + Meditation practice can be practiced alongside a yoga practice or often times completely on it's own.  
For many, sitting in stillness can seem daunting, overwhelming or perhaps difficult to do.
Join Sharee, a seasoned meditator and practitioner who will guide you through the basics of meditation using the breath as the foundation.  This is an opportunity to  establish the basics of pranayama (breathwork) and  meditation practice on your own terms , whether you practice yoga or not.
