Our Progressive Yoga Series are for students who are looking to evolve and progress their practice further.

This structured 8 week series of classes allows experienced students to experience the many benefits of a committed, regular ongoing yoga practice with a Senior Yoga Teacher in a small group setting.  

At this level students move through an intermediate vinyasa flow sequence to build heat and prepare the body to workshop specific elements such as core activation while learning intermediate asana including inversions, arm balances and backbends as well as partnering together to offer hands-on assists

A deeper level of technical instruction is delivered;  while students gain a greater understanding of the philosophy and its practical application to the study of asana (yoga poses).
