Vinyasa Flow classes are a mix of conscious breath work and dynamic movement interspersed with static holds.  

The result is a combination of strengthening AND stretching for stress-relief, detoxification, better sleep and improved general well being.  
A low impact holistic mind & body work out on it's own, as well as being complimentary to many other types of exercises.

Suitable for beginners, intermediate & experienced yogis of all ages, sizes & shapes, the combination of our experienced teachers and small class sizes mean ALL postures can be modified to suit individual students.

Mats + Props Provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
