A gentle yoga class for new mums in the first year following the birth of their baby.   

Taught by a specially trained post-natal yoga instructor and fellow mother, this class works therapeutically to restore strength, bring balance and clarity to support new mothers during this period of transition.  

Baby is included into many postures, breathing and relaxation exercises making this a great way to bond and play with your baby through touch and eye contact.   

No yoga experience required.   
Suitable for mothers from 6 weeks following birth and babies up until they start to crawl.
