Give yourself the gift of time + stillness to nourish your soul, your body and your baby.  

Indulge in deep rest and relaxation amongst the company of likeminded women and other mothers.  

Ease your body and mind into a blissful state with guided breathing to connect and replenish; gentle movement to make space and deeply restful yoga to store up precious reserves of energy in preparation for the journey through birth and into motherhood.  

What to expect: 
-Begin with your breath to arrive in your body and connect with your baby;
-Move through a fluid floor based prenatal yoga sequence to gently stretch and release;
-Enjoy delicious restorative yoga postures suitable for pregnancy, resting deeply and finding stillness.
-Sink into yoga nidra (a deep guided relaxation) for pregnancy, this is time to let go and just be in your body;
- Discussion about breathing techniques and active positions for labour
- Enjoy refreshments, a light lunch + sweet treats while taking some time together to share and connect with liked-minded pregnant women.
- Lastly, you and your baby will soften into the vibrations created by the soothing sound of crystal bowls.

Our signature blend of Lumenessence essential oil: Bloom will also be diffused to aid relaxation and create a welcoming space for all.

Sara Evans is a passionate teacher and lover of yoga; along with her studio, Bloom, she is well known and highly regarded as a pregnancy and post-natal teacher and trainer here in Perth.  Sara has spent the last decade supporting women before, during and well after the birth of their baby.
