The teenage years can be fun times; filled with discovery and lot's of changes, these can be physical, emotional and social changes.
Practising yoga as a teenager can provide balance and stability in more ways than one while helping to improve body confidence and awareness.
Our teens yoga classes are offered in a nurturing & non-competitive environment to encourage independence and self-growth for both boys and girls.
Classes run for 8 weeks during the school term - beginning from week 2 of the school term.
Suitable for ages 12 -17 years old.
In order to create stability and consistency, teens yoga classes are offered as part of a series, offering teens the opportunity to progress, and build their practice both on and off the mat.
